Wuhan FRP cable trays are increasingly used in electrical engineering due to their wide adaptability and cost-effectiveness. In the application of engineering pre-settlement quotas, due to significant differences between the new and old quotas (Shaanxi Province Installation Engineering Consumption Quota (2004) and the National Unified Installation Engineering Budget Quota (1986)), different opinions often arise in practical use. Based on relevant documents of the old and new quotas, I would like to share some personal views for discussion. If there are any inaccuracies, please provide valuable feedback so we can improve together.

Classification of Cable Trays:

Cable trays are generally categorized by material into: steel (further divided into galvanized steel, spray-coated plastic, and stainless steel), FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), and aluminum alloy.

By structure, cable trays are classified into steel side frames, steel ladder frames, steel side trays, FRP frames, FRP ladder frames, FRP trays, aluminum alloy channel frames, aluminum alloy ladder frames, and aluminum alloy.
